| - I hardly ever go to the movies, but when I do I typically head to Studio 16 on Country Hills or out to Cross Iron Mills, due to the large size and comfortable seats. If I'm spending money on a movie and snacks, I want to be comfy! However, this past snowy Sunday, we decided to catch a matinee near our house in Crowfoot. As usual, the parking lot was packed, so I was a little worried about the theatre being busy, but it wasn't too bad. Mostly teenagers hanging out and parents with their little kids. Its a little small compared to the newer theatres now, but sometimes that's okay! We bought our tickets as well as a popcorn & drink combo, which actually wasn't too expensive (for theatre prices) at $10. Scene members also get 10% off so it's worth it to sign up! I noticed they serve Starbucks coffee and Yogen Fruz here as well. We were able to grab great seats right at the back in the middle even though we were about 5 minutes late. The seats weren't hugely uncomfortable either! The movie was fun, the theatre and washrooms were clean, and my boyfriend loves the arcade. I'd see a movie here again if the opportunity presented itself!
