  • I frequent this nail salon even though I live in Pickering. I have only ever had Shellac manicures there from a lady named Nancy. This salon is clean and reasonably priced - $33.90 after tax for a Shellac manicure. My nails always look nice, however, some visits turn out better than others, for example sometimes my nails don't seem as shiny as other times even if I am just getting the same colour again. I have never experienced any cuts or rough handling and I enjoy getting my manicures there. Have I had better manicures at other places? Absolutely, but the cost difference is significant. For someone who only gets Shellac every couple of months as a treat, I consider Pro Spa a solid choice and I will continue to go there. The only real negative I could say is that I have had to wait 15-20 minutes sometimes before my appointment begins when I arrive on time (although I did not have to wait when I was there today), but this is usually due to people being late before me I imagine. Overall take: For the price, this is a good spa.
