  • Needed a car rental as my car was in the collision shop. My appointment was set for 5:30pm (30 minutes before they close). I did my best to leave work on time, but I got stuck at work. I manage to get there by 5:55pm though (sorry!) and they were pretty busy. I was definitely their last customer of the day and I know they all wanted to go home (I mean who doesn't), but they still took their time to assist me. I was offered an option of a truck, but no thank you, I will stick with the little gas efficient Corolla. haha. However, the car was just returned so they had to give it a quick wash before handing me the keys. The interior still has bad odor though, and the seats were badly stained. A few days went by and the smell did not go away. Those seats are in dire need of some deeeeeeeep cleaning. Anyways, great customer service but smelly car.
