The optometrist was terrific - very nice, very thorough with up-to-date equipment. The front office not so much. They could not understand that Medicare pays for an annual exam. Their cost for a refraction - $40.00 -- was almost twice what I paid in Washington, DC. When I questioned this, I got a "every practice sets its own pricing." Go somewhere else. And, compared to Warby Parker they are very expensive.
So, the doc is great, but they are really out there to make as much money as they can.
