Upgrading from an iPhone 4S to a 6S, and encountered problems restoring from iCloud backup. Store staff was unable to help because, incredibly, this AT&T store does not have any WiFi!!! That's correct, they say they have no WiFi because the store is "moving in a few months". They have hundreds of devices that could be used as a Wifi hotspot in the room, but Gus the manager says they cannot be used to help. Instead he suggested I drive back and forth to McDonald's down the street to try their suggestions on the McDonald's wifi!! At this point I said I want to return the phone so I can purchase it at a store than can provide even basic support, and Gus said he would charge a restock fee.
Will never use this store again.
If they cannot even have WiFi available in their own store to support customers making $800 purchases why should they get anyone's business??? Go to the Apple Store instead. Or anyplace else.
