  • Chateau Calais is a property I am glad my wife and I live at, the residents are easy to talk too, the management team and staff inside the office are great and will work with you, they have pool parties, wine tasting events, give out free breakfast here and their as well. The property is well kept, gardeners are here weekly, the landscaping is beautiful, the maintenance crew are trustworthy and they know what they are doing. When I needed to talk to the property manager about getting certain things fixed or done... it was a breeze talking to her, she will listen, and she will help you and anyone else as much as she possibly can!! She makes Chateau Calais enjoyable to live at! The other staff in the office are great as well! They have complimentary coffee, tea and lemonade in the clubhouse. The gym is a great size and has all of the updated equipment. Some might say that Chateau Calais might be expensive, it really isnt, you get what you pay for, and living here, its the comfort of a safe place, its knowing that the office staff will help you as much as possible, its a great community and I enjoy living here!
