  • I have been a paying monthly member for over year. They got a second fast pass lane, when I went through the new lane, the arm did not go up, So I waved over the attendant and he told me you have to use the screen in this new fast pass lane it's only for people who want to pay for more services. I call this a FAIL for an upgrade, if the owner Reads these reviews,you should probably talk to your employees about their people skills.
