rev:text	This place is so disgusting and terrible. Poor management. Extremely negligent. Violates the fair housing act. Corporate does not assist with resident problems. The manager informs certain residents all about her personal life and how she only married her husband for the benefits as he is military and only dates military guys for that specific reason, and finds them at military bars, then she agrees to go out and have drinks with her own residents which my friend is personally one of them. Absolutely no work ethic is being implied. Tells her residents and prospects how she took pills after she had her baby cuz she wanted to commit suicide. Like seriously obviously they are not a reputable company, ac units don't work, no washer and dryers in the units. Grounds are not maintained. They use one site as their software program and their leasing agent does not know how to operate it, all requested work orders are not being I putted into the system, they use their cell phones while on the job which is extremely unprofessional. They advertise their few renovated apartments but lack to advertise 90% of the other units on site. They close down the office for personal reasons and to leave. There are a lot of drugs on the property. A lot of ghetto people and trashy people live here, they create multiple problems for other residents living here. This property is a joke. A close friend of mine lives here and has had numerous problems while living here. Do not live here u will regret it. It in centrally located which is great but it's all about location, and this is in a bad part of town where it is a lower income area and attracts bad people!
