  • Literally the best apartment community I've ever lived in. Hands down. Just this morning while walking my dog I saw one member of the maintenance team. He remembered me by name and apartment # and made sure that everything else was ok in my apartment other than the work order he completed the day before. While still walking my dog another member of the maintenance team stopped me and gave my dog a treat. She keeps dog treats in her golf cart! That is customer service at its best. My work orders are always done in a timely fashion and they ALWAYS notify me when they have been in my apartment. The office staff is absolutely amazing too! Brad is soooo awesome! He stayed late on my move in day without a single complaint because I thought the office closed later than it did. Every time I go into the office I feel welcome and they are all very helpful. On top of customer service, my apartment is beautiful, updated, and was absolutely spotless when I moved in. My rent is a fair price and covered parking is included. My only complaint is the grounds need improvement (kept extremely clean just no grass in some places, outdated pool) but that's something that's included in the changes that are supposed to be made soon. Definitely would suggest Scottsdale Springs to anyone :)
