  • I just bought my 2ND vehicle in 6 months from this dealership and after having an ok experience the first time with no issues, this time was all lies and no-one communicating with each other or me. I was told I information on the 1st day by my finance manager that later was told by a sales manager was not possible. Over a month later they still had money that I over paid and would not give me back and I had to fight before they would refund it to my bank even though I was promised it quickly when I left the day I took the truck. They will tell you whatever to get your business and then treat you like shit after. Took many calls to get ahold of anyone or for anyone to return my calls when trying to find our where the money was. Everyone has a different answer and at the end of the day the manager still couldn't make happen what he promised. He blamed the business office, but I have to wonder who really has the power. I am sure a manager overrules the business office. I will not do business here again with the sales department and I would not recommend anyone does unless they enjoy being lied to.
