Not a bad seat in the house... except all of them. This is a smaller, intimate venue with great sound. Big enough to get a great vibe going but small enough to feel close to everything... especially your neighbor. The seats, although well padded, are tiny with no leg room. Seriously if you weigh 250+ lbs I'm not sure how you are going to fit. I'm a 5'9" woman with long legs and a medium build, there was absolutely NO leg room and the lady in front of me with a long weave kept flinging it on my legs *gross*. The seats are so skinny you have to be very strategic getting in and out, which is constant since the entire aisle has to stand when someone needs to get in or out because, again, there is NO extra space. We sat in section 203, right in the middle, which was perfect. I just wish they would have left out a row when they designed the theater, and a couple of less seats on each row to allow for wider seats... especially since you are paying a little more to see a show here. If it was more comfortable I would have given a 5.
