  • This is definitely an amazing place to be in Las Vegas. Holiday Royale looks exactly like it does in pictures and everything the website says it offers is true and even more you get a telephone, your choice of WiFi password and a mailbox. Right near the UNLV and Hard rock casino. We are located on a busy street (airport terminal street). The community is calm and tranquil no violence or problems behind the gates of security they provide. The people who live here are in their 30s-50s but are nice and respectful. Some people have lived here over 10 years. We are 10-20 minute walking distance from the strip depending on where you want to go and how bad the traffic is. Luckily my apartment is fully remodeled with new flooring, carpeting, furniture and a flat screen television. The bathrooms were remodeled and I have a walk in closet that's big and very pleasant. No bed bugs, cigarette smells or roaches. There is AC/ Heater hot and cold water and a refrigerator. About 2 miles from Walmart and grocery shops be sure to visit the 99 cent store it's very cheap. Good pricing great apartment style living great people and close to shops and entertainment. My only cautions are as you exit the gates it's urbanized of course so behind the security gates it's like a mini suburban paradise but as you depart it's busy urbanized of course you're in Las vegas. Definitely come you won't regret it and if your afraid of airplane sounds or planes being close by I won't recommend it. The noises aren't as bad though trust me.
