  • We have been Discount customers for years and have been happy with the tires and services most of the time. Occasionally we have left feeling that they were pushing tires when there was still tread left. I had tire damage (that I caused) on one rear tire and, after looking at it and looking up when I bought it, realized I had over 50K on that pair. I headed to Discount, was met by Joe, and, after looking at my tires he noticed some splits in the sides of the newest ones right below the tread line. He didn't think that was normal and, to make a long story short, replaced them under warranty. I drove off with (4) new tires; the two I bought and the two he warrantied. I felt Joe went out of his way to "do the right thing" and create a satisfied customer. Thanks Joe and Discount..we continue to be satisfied, loyal Discount customers! Larry G
