Horrible service! The staff doesn't know a tiny but what costumer service is. I called to ask a few questions regarding my account because I wanted to cancel, so I was told that I have to go in person that I can cancel since my "contract" is over. I go and they tell me my account has a balance, which is not possible because my bank statements say otherwise. I explain to the guy then the calls the manger over, so he asked to see my statement and to bring it in, so no way I'm not coming back because I was told to come in person nothing else. So I show my bank statement on my phone and he sees my monthly charges and says he'll waive the fee? So I ask what fee because I was already charge monthly. Well the good thing is that I did cancel and I was not the only one having issues with them because there was a guy as well showing his bank statements. Seems that their technology is lacking and So is their costumer service.
