  • My first time getting a bikini wax and of course I was a bit nervous. I was able to make an appointment via their website very easily the night before. They have 2 locations, an actual shop in Summerlin and then they rent a space in Henderson. The Henderson location is very quiet and clean. Bathroom was very nice and also clean as well. There was no one at the front desk when I walked but there was a sign that told me to fill out a form (for new clients) and have some water and take a seat because they're with another client. Annie came out and helped me shortly after I grabbed some water. She redeemed by groupon offer and then brought me to the back room. Make sure to exfoliate before you come in. She provided me with a small towel and some baby wipes and had me undress from the waist down. Annie was actually very gentle, and my waxing experience was pretty good. Sure, there are some parts that would hurt more than others but I was in and out within 10 minutes (paperwork not included). She provided excellent teaching about what I should do after my waxing, things to avoid and also told me that I would feel some discomfort in the areas that are waxed for a day or two. She gave me a sheet with information for the after-care before I left. I'm definitely recommending Annie to my girlfriends! There was no awkwardness, very very little pain, everything was super clean and Annie was very professional.
