  • Our family lived here for a year and had a pleasant experience. The area is great, close to shopping and food. Great access to the highway as well. The apartment layout and size was the reason we chose this complex over others. The downside is the apartments are in need of an update. The kitchens are getting worn and appliances aren't very attractive. A big plus for us however is the fitness center, which was usually empty. The pools are nice and clean, the complex is manicured and well taken care of. There is a dog poo problem, but that is a resident issue. All in all if you're renting in Glendale this is a great place to call home.
