  • i travel for a living... i was visiting the phoenix area recently and needed to replace my luggage... and thought this would be a good time to compare a couple options.. i purchased a bag from Travel Outfitters in Chandler... (Briggs & Riley)... and a bag (Victrionix) from Bag n' Baggage... (www.bagnbaggage.com Scottsdale location)... i took both to hotel to see which would fit my travel needs best... after configuring my items i decided on the Victrionix ... i went to Travel Outfitters to return the Briggs & Riley and apparently during my configuring the PRICE TAG was no longer on the bag... keep in mind.. i am returning an UNUSED BRAND NEW BAG IN BRAND NEW CONDITION THAT HAS NEVER EVEN BEEN ROLLED OUTSIDE.. purchased within a week... with my receipt.. with all the paper stuffing... all of the warranty info.. pamphlets etc.. but alas without the price tag.. (was it on there when i purchased it???)... the kid working said he wasn't allowed to take anything back without the original price tag... i called the next morning... and spoke to a woman who said she would call the manager and see if they could make an exception... she called back and said to come in on monday... i asked if she would return it then.. the gal said.. we can't take anything back without the PRICE TAG on it but the manager would "deal with me" on monday ... I was leaving the area on Sunday so that wouldn't work for me... i ended up returning the Victrionix to Bag n' Baggage (as i couldn't afford to keep both bags).. and as a comparison i deliberately removed the price tag from it to see how they would react... they took it back.. no questions asked.. young kid working was absolutely charming and helpful.. so moral of this long story.. if you need luggage go to BAG N BAGGAGE!!!!!
