  • Don't bother taking your vehicle to this dealership for service. Outside of the usual gouging that most dealerships participate in, this dealership goes to extreme lengths to over bill hours worked. Although I'm embarrassed to admit it, I paid 884 dollars to get my car serviced and to have my exhaust "repaired". 6 weeks after the "repair" the weld broke but instead of repairing it for free they boldly lied to my face and said that a "different area" of the exhaust had a crack in it and wrote up an estimate of 1,700 dollars to replace the part that they unsuccessfully welded. I actually believed them but declined because of the high cost. With many reservations I took my car to Monroe Muffler Brake on 59 & Fishcreek. Its a good thing that I did because they told me of the broken weld that I paid 4 hours of labor to do at 99 dollars an hour at the Cascade Auto dealership. They offered to fix it for free and when i objected and offered to pay for them to fix Cascades bad handy work the gentleman informed me that it would only take him 2 minutes. He also said that at some point I would need to replaced it but that the weld would hold for awhile. How refreshing it was to deal with an honest mechanic. For their honesty, I decided to replace all four tires, roters, and brakes. I'll be sure to be back when the exhaust needs replaced as well. For Cascade Auto Groups dishonesty, they lost my business when I decide to replace this Audi with a brand new one. All dealerships aren't crooked, but use your better judgment when deciding which one is the right one for you.
