The tonkotsu broth was excellen--100x better than Monta or Sora. What ruined it for me was the negi that looked like it had been cut with a spoon (green onion aloe anyone?) and the pork belly chasu. Some "ramen people" are all about the broth or the noodles. I'm a chasu guy. The chasu was dry and chewy--like soaking a paper towel in the broth and eating it. I think there were 3 pieces and I muscled my way through the 1st and could not eat the other 2 even though I was still hungry.
Staff was friendly but the waitress never checked up on us after taking the order (the cook dropped the food off).
