  • I had a great experience at this store. The sales lady behind the counter was friendly, helpful and knowledgable about all of the products that I wanted to look at! She greeted me as soon as I came in, helped me find what I was looking for and made suggestions for products that I might like. I was impressed with the level of customer service, and based on what I had read, this is what you can expect from a Korean cosmetic or skincare store. The selection was pretty good, they carried the Amore lines you would expect: Laneige, Iope, Sulwhasoo, etc. I liked the selection of sheet masks that they had and was excited to pick up some Mamonde masks that they had on sale. I will definitely be back here the next time I need to make an Amore purchase. Are they a little more expensive that shopping online? Yes. But the level of customer service here is fantastic (and they do give excellent samples, even with a small sheet mask purchase)!
