  • Unfortunately I had no other choice, I had to get to and from work. This is one shady business, where do I begin?? First, they offer you things and then renig when they put you in front of another sales person. They dont tell you your payment until youve given them a down payment, they know they have you over a barrell. Secondly, they lack customer service skills, they are totally unfriendly and clearly about get a signed deal. I made my first payment via my bamnk bill pay, and they dont take E.F.T., meaning a check had to be cut and mailed via U.S.Post office, making my payment late. They called and threatened to repo the car, without much care in why the payment was late.two weeks later, I got a customer relations employee who asked me to send them a copy of the proof of payment from my bank, and she said i was fine. Well this a.m. i recieve a call saying im 10 days late?? I call my bank first and confirm payment one check has been cashed by Drive Time, and the second Drive Time auto pay has benn taken out. I call customer realtuions and the employee named Aaron was totally un helpful and kept saying your 10 days late. He didnt offer to help me find a solution to why they used my auto pay to cover my first payment. He was void of any care or concern to how he can help me adress this issue. I ended up printing out the proof of payment from the first check, showing a deposit stamp on the back of the check. I call them back and wait 45 minutes to get through, and I get the same Aaron?? He told me he got my faxes, but it only showed oned payment, i had to break down to him that the documents he had were for the first payment, and he told me he had document to show an western union payment(DriveTimeUses) was already established. He would not confirm or deny thay that was proof of two payments so far, my next payment isnt due yet???????????????????What happened to customer service in this country, he thinks because I had to make a deal with SATAN to get a car, he can treat us like this???? I would emplore anyone, to avoid this damn company if humanely possible. The left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. Clearly my first online bill payment was recieved and deposited,m so why did they take my second auto payment and apply it to my first payment?? This folks dont give a damn about their customers, just getting that money and repoing your car if your a lil late or theres a clerical mistake with your account.
