  • What happened to this place? I made an appointment for a mani- pedi. Because I was having a French Manicure, I asked for gel nails with Diane ( who has previously done my nails). Long story short, the pedicure lacked a real foot massage and felt very hurried (not relaxing), the manicure was PAINFUL. She managed to draw blood from three of my five nails on my left hand. The apology was more like "oops" and then laughed about it!! She proceeded to tell me that I had "bad cuticles "! Really?...when I pay for a manicure and pedicure, call me crazy but I expect a professional to perform the service without drawing blood. My cuticles are so sore that it hurts to put them in water and my feet are in need of a real pedicure. I will not be going back and certainly would not recommend them to my friends.
