  • Ok, this may be the best bbq I have ever had! The brisket is cooked perfectly. The sausage has bite but not too much with a hint of sweet. With a side of jalapeño grits and potato salad. I'm one happy camper. I give the 5 pigs and I don't give anyone a 5.
