  • Solid quick oil change place. It's my understanding that this chain has just come to NC in last 4-5 years. Good customer service. I like that you stay in the car while they service the car. Both times I have used the service the employees were great on customer service. They have 2 people service your car, which seems to lower the risk of errors. They have a good choice of Castrol brand oils (regular, synthetic ect). They offer web coupons, but you do need a paper copy or a download copy on your phone. I like that they stay open to 8pm unlike some of the other similar companies that close at 5 or 6. When I have arrived around 5:45 to 6:30 pm there has been no wait. This is in the same shopping center as Dunkin Donuts and Office Depot if you are trying to locate it.
