  • WARNING! DESPITE THEIR CLAIM, I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE EUROPEAN CAR EXPERTS. ALSO, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE, THEY ARE NOT HONEST NOR A BUSINESS WITH INTEGRITY IN ITS CORE, DESPITE THEIR SLOGAN. I took my 2009 Audi A4 for a diagnostic because the EPC and engine lights were on. You'll pay $189 which will not be waived if you have the service done. Industry standard is waive it, but fine, they did not lie about that. So they recommended replacing coils and plugs which I agreed to. Simple enough, done in one day. They called me back saying that that didn't fix the problem so they did a few more tests and recommended a SECOND set of repairs. I'm a reasonable guy and I understand that sometimes that happens, fixing one problem exposes another. I inquired about the second set of repairs and was assured that they've identified the real core of the problem. Ok, I agreed to get that job done and was assured my car will be ready on Monday. Monday came and it wasn't done and I was promised a Tuesday deadline. I had to inquire on Tuesday - car was not ready. They promised Wednesday with a morning call. No luck on the morning call and it became difficult to get in touch with them at this point. The original number they gave me was intermittently unavailable. Was it turned off? When they did become available in the noon time, they recommended a THIRD set of repairs which they assured will "solve" the problem. At this point I asked for them to wrap everything up and informed them that I was going to pick up the car. After a few minutes of discussion, I was assured the car would be available that day and will receive a call to pick it up. Guess what? No call came to pick it up but I expected that already so I planned on driving down there in the morning. I drove down to their location the next morning to pick up the car. The people behind the desk kept talking in hushed tones. They didn't expect me to pick up the car. I pointed to the car parked in the corner part of the lot to make sure they know I've seen it there and I told them that it looks ready to be picked up. They had no argument at this point and game me the bill and car keys. I drove the car out with the same problems I originally brought it in for but paid for repairs that didn't solve it. I'm sure these folks know how to do basic repairs on a car such as oil changes and brake replacements. You'll be happy with that. However, I don't believe they are good with more complicated repairs and diagnosis. Also, the test of honesty and integrity is not when things are going well, it is when problems arise. Based on my experience, I DO NOT believe that this company is honest nor has integrity in its core.
