  • honestly, 1 star is too high everything was terrible receptionist was rude massage was short they make up new fees, one week they say that to have an RMT is an extra $75, next week it is $100 the massage was terrible it felt like someone was poking at me and the mani/pedi was even worse the polish was put on so thickly i could peel it off what's worse is that I have tried numerous times to contact them and complain and let them know the issues and NOONE ever calls back or emails they just do not care
