  • Ok this jeweler gets an A+ across the board. My overall experience with them was so impressive, I can't say enough other than to take the time right now and acknowledge them on Yelp in addition to telling my friends and family to give them a shot before they purchase another piece of jewelry elsewhere. The level of service we received from Dave and Richard was exceptional! Unlike your traditional jewelers, which has a store front that has customers coming in and out, and you need to wait on your turn, this place is all about you. Not for one minute did we feel rushed or coaxed. The attention and care wasn't based on how much money they thought they could make from us, it was actually the complete opposite. What mattered to them was that we had the best customer experience possible while we were there which we did. I applaud Dave and Richard for figuring it out. The real gem is the customer hence my review and many others. Bravo HOD!
