  • I buy all my supply's & parts from the B&L Pool store at 43rd & Dunlap & they are extremely friendly & helpful in there. However, I will never again use their pool repair service! I called them at the beginning of the week to schedule someone to come out, they took my info & said their tech would be calling me back to set up my appt. I called yesterday to say nobody had called me back & they said I'm sure the tech will be calling you this afternoon, well it's now Friday & I've waiting the whole week to hear back from them with no response. I'm not a hard person to please, I mean I waited 4 days before I called them to see what the deal was & still no help by the 5th day! If they had even said, we are all scheduled this week but can schedule you next week I would have been fine with that, but not hearing anything, then me calling & still not getting an appt date is just straight up unprofessional and it's not even pool season yet! I can't even imagine how horrible they are during peak season times!
