  • What can you say about Ballet Fusion Fitness? I supposed first and foremost, for a new visitor... beware, you are about to get the best work out of your life! I attended 1 class a day for 7 days and measured an 11 inch loss all over! I went from a size 9 to a size 4 in about 2 months! I love that all the instructors put so much focus on each individual person in the class, focusing on form and posture to ensure we truly get the most out of our work out and not leave hurting for all the wrong reasons. I've now been going to my BFF for 9 months and I have NEVER felt better. I'm going to all the classes and my strength and flexibility is better than ever. Even my daughter who's also in ballet, can't do a split... but thanks to my BFF, I can. (nanny nanny boo boo) My favorite part of the BFF is that for someone who HATES working out (ME), I find myself going to the studio at least once and sometimes twice a day! All the woman that go there, work there and OWN 'there' are the most amazing group of woman I have ever met. I find myself meeting lifetime friends every week. I've passed on vacations for fear of being away too long, as sill as that may sound... I don't know what I would do without my BFF. I hope more woman give it a try... I look forward to meeting you there!
