Desert 215's website says welcome to a different car buying experience. Well, it sure was a different experience for us. It was the worst car buying experience I've ever had and their service department is horrible. Shortly after purchasing our vehicle we noticed a problem with it. We took it into service and they said that they fixed the problem. They didn't fix it so we had to bring it back. They had my vehicle for 17 days and when I got it back again it still was not fixed and they left trash in my cup holder.
We had to bring it back again since they couldn't fix it. This time around they had my vehicle for 32 days! During the time they had it we called to see what was going on.
The people who helped us are jack and mary.
They are very unprofessional, we were lied to about the status of the vehicle multiple times. The mechanics there couldn't fix the problem and it was sent to another dealership to be fixed. 215 made us wait a ridiculous amount of time for answers, and I was without transportation for over a month. It's obvious they don't care about fixing their mistakes just selling new cars that don't run properly.
When I finally picked my vehicle up after 32 days, the people in the service department couldn't find my keys and I had to wait while they searched everywhere for them. After they finally found them I got my vehicle, it was filthy. This is the most shady, unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend anyone to do business with them unless you want to be treated with attitude from jack, lied to and given the run around.
And one more thing to add, the one thing jack was concerned about was his review. After I told him I was going to yelp with a review he asked multiple times that I don't. He even said he'd respond to my review, so I'm waiting for more lies in the response.
