If I could give this zero stars, I would. I went in to have some documents printed off for work, and went in as soon as they opened. It took almost 40 minutes to print a total of about 12 pages because of some computer issue. There was no one else in the store. I also had two cards to mail to the same address and since I was there and ran out of time to go to the post office, I sent them through UPS. Or so I thought. I was given a receipt with a tracking number and went on my way. Five days later, I find out the package (which my receipt said was shipped as a "first class package") still hadn't arrived. I tried tracking the package on the UPS site and the tracking information was invalid. I called UPS and they could not use the tracking information and suggested I call the store. I did and as soon as I started to provide the tracking information, I was told "No, you shipped that with a first-class stamp. We can't do anything." Well I didn't ship it that way, you did, and it would've been nice to know it went through USPS. I then called the post office and they said the tracking information was invalid and have no way to track a first-class stamp without tracking information. So hats off to you, UPS, for losing anniversary cards for my brother and parents. You won't be getting my business ever again.
