  • This was the worst Japanese restaurant that I have ever been to. I will try to name the disappointments . The waitress got our orders wrong, she was so slow & in appropriately engaging with my children in our correcting of their manners. The chefs was rude in using "sexy" in front of my 2 young children while flirting with others at the table. He burnt the rice, used the volcano onion in our vegetables which tainted the taste with flaming alcohol., he was not able to cut the meat in bite size using his utensils ( either too large or too small). The 2 sauces did not taste very good. The long wait at lunch time was crazy for all of the tables set with people. Basically, if was cheap & it's placement next to the Big Lots was foreshadowing. I will never return. If you bought a coupon on line rotary it out, read the fine print. They wouldn't take it at lunch. I'll go back to Nakato from now on. Our favorite & worth the drive!.
