  • Checked in at 1:05 on a Saturday. 45 minutes later still waiting. A manager came out 20 minutes ago and joked that he could not help because someone recently dropped off a bag of crack. Do not know if he was serious or not. No one else has spoken to us. Very disappointing experience for an institution with a reputable name.
