  • The manager here is so nice. They don't pressure you into buying anything. I wouldn't wish car shopping on my worst enemy but Jim Shorkey makes it bearable. My first time here I lingered around until I found the car I wanted and they were very patient with me. I took it for a test drive and fell in love with my brand new Fiesta. That was over a year ago and they still have quite the impression on me. The waiting rooms are nice and most of the staff are geniuely awesome people. Hopefully I won't need to go car shopping any time soon but I will most definitely get another Jim Shorkey car. They work with your budget, the hear your wants and needs, and somehow the people at Jim Shorkey make it happen.
