  • It is difficult to imagine a more difficult circumstance than to take a much loved pet to be cremated. The staff at PALS are truly amazing. I've been using their services for over ten years both for the loss of my own 'fur babies' but also as a volunteer at Tranquility Trail Animal Shelter when any of their treasured bunnies have passed away. Every person at PALS has always loved been exceptionally kind, patient and empathetic - even when I have cried through the whole process. I did not realize until recently while talking with Dan Heurman, the founder and owners son, that they have been filling the need for this respectful, loving service for over 30 years. All the people that work here are 'pet parents' and truly understand how important it is to take exceptional care of the remains of their clients loved one's. They are very efficient and I feel that the cost is very reasonable, all things considered.
