  • New location! In my opinion, this location is much bigger, neater, and cleaner. Clothes are organized according to color which is why I prefer this place over Forever 21. I enter Forever 21 and can not find anything! I also really like this locations shoes area. They have a wide variety of styles and colors all neatly displayed in rows. Their jewelry section is kind of small but there's some unique stuff in there along with some neat belts to go along with your outfit. Even though Rhapsodielle is about $1-2 more per item of clothing than Forever 21, I still choose Rhapsodielle because its organized and the styles just work for me.
