  • I'm giving 5 stars to a best western. I know, seems like I have lost my mind. The stars are being given simply for their front desk customer service. I've stayed here before and would give it a solid 3 stars, but my reservations were lost by kayakDOTcom (never again), and the desk clerks were super helpful in aiding me in finding another room (at a different hotel, as they were sold out), and even gave me a life in their shuttle! Super cool, much appreciated.
