  • i went here once in the spring and the owner did my nails, and it was really good - she did a great job, and i especially loved the manicure. she clearly knows what she's doing. i went back more recently though and someone else did my nails and it was really disappointing. the pedicure was okay, but the manicure wasn't very nice - the nails weren't evenly filed, there was some old polish on the sides of my nails still, and overall, by far the worst manicure i've ever had. they also didn't include some of the things that were offered before, like the massage or exfoliating scrub for my hands. the person was nice, but didn't do a good job, and i would have been better off staying home and doing it myself. which is actually what i will be doing, because within an hour my nails were all dinged up anyway. this was a waste of money. it's really disappointing, especially since this place is not around the corner from me. i will likely not return, but if i did i would ask for the owner, and not go with anyone else.
