  • One of my best experiences ever. They were fantastic about explaining the problems, not only stuck to the pricing they gave me initially, but included work I thought I would have to have done later for free. But that's not the topper. I had been searching for a back latch for my car for a while. Previous mechanics and car dealerships told me the part was not longer available and that I would have to pull it from a junk yard myself. This woman's no mechanic - that's why I bring these issues to a garage. Within an hour of receiving my car, Blackwell had located replacement parts if needed, but ended up repairing my original latch at no additional charge. I now have a completely new A/C unit and a back door that works! And I couldn't ask for a friendlier, more engaged team. And they had my repairs done in one day.
