WOW! Never, have I ever had so many problems trying to spend $10,000 dollars. I've heard their commercials about great customer service and the owners expectation of exceptionalism. But reality is far different from the expectation set in the radio ad.
First I tried making an appointment on their website. I waited for two weeks and heard nothing, so I called and got earliest available appointment, 3 weeks later.
Today was the expected date of the appointment but they hadn't called to confirm as yet. I called them to confirm and they appointment was still on. while on the phone I expressed to the customer service agent that I have had better customer experiences in regards to sense of urgency and communication. Rather than listen to my complaint and try understand the frustration, all she did was defend/state that she had acted within the parameters of Goettl's policy. I canceled our appointment and scheduled appointments with 2 other vendors that day. Both appointments were scheduled within 6 days.... Not 3 weeks.
I'm sure my $10,000 will be spent someplace else now.

The folks from Goettl responded to my negative review with an apology and a promise to use this as a training opportunity for their customer service reps. I hope they do.
I did get a new HVAC system installed from a different vendor in the valley, It was a very positive experience which I did a YELP review.
