Super busy establishment, quick service and mediocre food. We came in at 930 am on a Thursday morning and it was super busy, but we only had to wait about 20 mins before we were seated. The restaurant offers many different options ranging from pho to more specialty dishes such as caramelized clay pot fish. We ordered the pho and spring rolls. The pho only comes in two sizes small or large. If you're from a state that has tons of pho restaurants (e.g colorado, Cali..) their large is like a medium at the restaurants in colorado.
The pho was okay. I guess I'm spoiled because the pho in Denver is just amazing. What I didn't like was their meatballs, it had a really weird taste, like it had just been thawed from the freezer or something. The veggies that were served with the pho were definitely old. I always eat basil with my pho, but I just couldn't bring myself to eat theirs. They also forgot to bring out our spring rolls, which we ended up canceling... i guess when you're that busy... it's bound to happen.
Service was quick and the servers were nice during the little interactions that we had. Overall I can see why this restaurant could be a hit... because when you're intoxicated... everything tastes good.
