Always arrived at McCarran International Airport (LAS) via Southwest. After deplaning, you take a short ride on a light rail train connecting you to the arrivals terminal for baggage pickup and ground transportation. As you head down the escalator to baggage pickup, you start getting the Vegas vibe with the large LCD panels and glitz. With no check in luggage to pick up, we headed outside to hop on a rental car bus to take you to the off-site location. The process is organized as a worker directs you to the next bus for departure. It's a quick couple minutes ride and you're at the rental car complex.
At the end of the trip, we dropped off the car at the rental car complex and hopped on the bus for the short ride to the departures terminal. The TSA security line was slow and line was long. After getting through, you see something unique at LAS. Slot machines. I guess you can satisfy your gambling fix right up to boarding time. Not a gambler, they have your standard eating joints or you can sit at your gate and surf the web with the free Wi-Fi.
Good bye Sin City until my next visit!
