  • I've been a regualr customer of this shop for about three years, being a watch collector myself. I have had several repair jobs done here. All were fast, fair and efficient. Just recently, during the holidays, I had a replacement movement installed. They had to order it. But, the whole job took only one week. I can understand what some people are writing about regarding their lack of good customer service. The staff knows watches, but could use some good old fashioned customer service training. I can get past that, all things considered. Plus, I come from a family with a similar background as they do, so I am very accustomed to such treatment. I guess I just know how to work around it. I can definitely relate with some of the comments left here, though. For instance, if you bring in a fake watch, they'll just tell you it's fake. No stroking your feelings. Just the facts, ma'am!
