First off, I have never gone online and write about my experience with a company because I just don't have the extra time. However, in this situation, I feel like I would be doing a disservice to my fellow Grouponers if I didn't give my feedback. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with in my life. I had the same exact experience as the others on here, no calls back ever and was barely able to book an appointment. After several times of attempting to contact this, 'michelle' person, I finally was told to go on there website and to book the appointment there. So I booked it out weeks early. I had this weird feeling that this appointment wouldn't happen. So, of course, they canceled an hr prior to it and said it was an emergency. I knew it was a lie but was polite and texted her back to let her know I got the message. Thank god I got an email from Groupon saying that I could get a refund from this place since they changed locations so I put in a request to have the money refunded. So from now on, I will only book an appointment like this with a actual Dentist/professional. Don't waste your money or time with this company. THanks!
