| - Michael Mina's StripSteak is an upscale steakhouse that serves wood fired steaks and seafood.
After placing our order, they served us a trio of crispy fries - Old Bay Fries with Truffle Aioli, Garlic Fries with Ketchup, And Truffle Fries with Mustard.
Our party of five shared two salads, steak entree, and three sides. Everything was delicious except the Spicy Fried Rice.
The Baby Greens Salad consisted of fresh baby greens, pepita seeds, and medley of thinly sliced fall vegetables such as carrots, radish, and candy candy beets lightly tossed in a white balsamic vinaigrette.
The Caesar Salad consisted of fresh romaine hearts, parmesan, and crunchy garlic pita croutons lightly tossed in a Caesar dressing and garnished with white anchovies.
Before the Tomahawk arrived, we were given a mini corn muffin with a spiced honey dipping sauce.
The 40oz Australian Tomahawk was served medium rare on the bone. There was about 32oz of tender Wagyu meat. It was seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic.
The Brussels Sprouts consisted of brussels sprouts and mulled apples. It was sweet like honey but I loved it and highly recommend it. The Potato Gratin consisted of sliced potato topped with melted smoked gouda. It was filling. The Spicy Fried Rice resembled a spicy tomato-y paella with pork belly. It was spicy but the pork flavor was lacking. I don't recommend the Spicy Fried Rice.
