  • You cannot go wrong with Ric's. Everyone I encountered and interacted with at this shop was courteous and professional. While my car was being repaired, they called to provide updates. They even arranged for someone from Hertz (nearby) to pick me up to take me back to the rental facility to obtain a rental car while my car was being fixed. Ric's runs like a well-oiled machine. They handled all the details with my insurance company, as well. Everyone at Ric's made this whole process a lot less stressful for me. Believe me, this company receives numerous five star reviews for a reason!
