  • My water heater recently broke. I needed someone to come out late in the day and on short notice due to my daytime sleeping hours and I was about to leave on a business trip. David came over and told me my options. He was very nice and even went the extra mile to check on things related to my "step" the water heater sits on and to offer to do a little extra cleaning up of the area where the water heater was leaking. While they were not the lowest price, they were also not the highest price and in my tight situation he was here and ready to go - which was better than any other place I called. The consultation was no charge which was also helpful. He was done within an hour. He also brought a colleague Michael. Michael was a bit slow, but I also was in a huge rush so he was a bit slow for my tight schedule. David was really on the ball. The new water heater looks spiffy and is well installed! I have only done one other yelp rating so if I'm on here giving a review, that means I was really satisfied. I would highly recommend them.
