  • Had Cox for several months...mostly because I had no other choices. Their internet reliability is a joke. I had hourly drops in connection and had multiple technicians come out...do the same things...and leave. Their customer service read off scripts and did not help me a single time. Their speedboost crap pushes up their so-called speeds but in reality I only got half the speed that I paid for IF THAT due to the speedboost helping push up the speed at first when you access the internet.
