| - A group of us visited Las Vegas for a friend's birthday in August 2007 and, since they were staying in the Mandalay Bay, his big birthday dinner was held here.
The dinner itself was nice, if a tad pricey, which is to be expected of The Four Seasons, I suppose. The real star of the evening, though, was the drinks, particularly this drink called the Desert Rose that consisted of Belvedere Citrus vodka and hibiscus syrup. Absolutely delicious and hands down, one of the best drinks I've ever had.
On an aside, I had written down the ingredients for the Desert Rose, but accidentally misplaced them. I e-mailed the Four Seasons and within a few days, they had e-mailed me not only the ingredients, but the directions on how to make the drink. This is stellar service and it was much appreciated.
While I probably wouldn't make this a regular place to visit for dinner, I could see coming here for drinks or special occasions.
