  • THE MOST unprofessional company with whom I've ever had the displeasure of doing business. We finally called them at 4 p.m. when our appointment was for between 1-3 p.m. to find out what was going on. They THEN told us it would be another 1-2 hours before anyone would be able to get to our house. Nobody bothered to call us to say they would be late. Their truck was less than a mile away with 4-workers on one job....no one came to our house to at least make an appearance and AT LEAST LOOK at the job we had for them...the entire company just left us hanging. Then the lady we spoke to was rude and figured all she had to do was say she's sorry and that should be enough....after they left us hanging for 3 hours...and asked us to wait 1-2 MORE hours!! There are MANY glass door companies in the valley. These people are by FAR the worst customer servants you can ever imagine!! Oh sure. I'm imagine some of their customers are happy. But who leaves customers waiting all afternoon without so much as a phone call or a visit from a worker who is less than a mile away?!?!? Unprofessional, rude, and horrible customer service. THEN they had the AUDACITY to call....AFTER we started catching up on our afternoon that was wasted waiting for THEM....to say they were now ready to come by our house. Unbelievable incompetence.
